as far as basics are concerned they seem very similar. I'm not finding many useful sites on the Internet covering much more than variable types and looping functions. I'll be picking of O'Reilly's Programming PHP and PHP Cookbook today. Anyone have some other suggestions on decent PHP books that don't "baby" readers by assuming they're absolute beginners?
