Outlook can't move files

Outlook can't move files
When I try to move a file or folder from my inbox to another folder within my personal folders, I get an error message stating that the file was deleted or moved or I don't have access. I'm the administrator of the account and I'm using Outlook 2000. I did temporarily fix it by creating another .pst file and moving my file to it and then I was able to transfer them to my personal folders, but after about 4 hours or so, I recieved the same message. Any Ideas?
