Howdy!

Does anyone have experience with email list managers? I need a package that does the following features:

1. User opt-in & opt-out either by sending an email to it or via a webpage.

2. Maintain multiple lists

3. Don't need 2 way communication (listserv), but allow multiple admins send messages downstream to hundreds

4. Prefer the ability to compose and send from desktop Outlook client

5. Server available is Linux w/ MySQL installed.

Does a system like this exist?
