I have an image size width=50 height=50 on my web server.

Webmasters who want to use my service must put my image on their website but some of them has resize my image to width=10 height=10 (they try to make it smaller or even put the code

<img src="mysite.com/image.gif" width=1 height=1>

to make my image disappear on their site.

My question is :

How to create an image .gif or .jpg file that unresizeable on website?

Quick search on Google for "protect GIF JPEG images" produced a bunch of results, the best one I found was:

I don't think there's any way to stop people resizing your images.

How are you checking to make sure the image is there? Could you extend that approach to make sure the size is correct as well?
