Customer/Order Tracking
Does anyone know of any good customer/order tracking software?....I'm looking for something that allows me to enter customer details, name, address etc and associate them with orders.

I'm getting to the point now where business is increasing and I need a more robust way of keeping tabs on things.

The best I've found so far is RegBase 1.1

Not that I have anything going on like you... (<30 customers for me at the momement)... but I was thinking of writing a little do-dad to do this... but why re-invent the wheel.

I also have a licened copy of Maximizer (which is software from a Vancouver based company)...which does exactly that, tracks customers and orders... its pretty good.

I own version 6, but it is still pretty good.

Are you looking for a full-scale accounting / sotck / time management system?

If you are then maybe something like Sage will be worth considering

Hey Paul, why wouldn't you use something like DBman SQL - not trying to be funny, just curious about why you wouldn't invent your own. I've come up with several (albeit flat file versions) for our legal firm to use and love the flexibility of being able to control the functionality.

Anyhoo... just curious.

Yeah I guess it's a good idea...I was just looking for a windows app really....if I don't come up with anything I like DBMAN would probably be a good solution as it would be flexible enough for me to do exactly what I want.
