Boot WinXP directly into specified user

Boot WinXP directly into specified user
Hi All

I have WinXP Home with several user accounts.

The default boot goes to a user list page, and then you have to select which user account to start up.

Instead, I would love to have the machine start up in a designated user and only switch to the other users if needed.

This way, I could skip the user list page altogether and save a little time (I can escape to the coffee machine while the machine cranks up....).

Is this possible?

I checked "Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users log on or off", but there was no option to have a default-user start up.

Many thanks Smile

I think this link might help: http://www.winguides.com/...try/category.php/15/. They have lots of neat little tricks on that site.
