Does anyone know of a web-based tool that can work with Postgres, kind of like Mysqlman?

I know that in an earlier thread, Alex mentioned that it might not be possible to do a rewrite of mysqlman to work with postgres:

There used to be something at the GreatBridge site:

but, that site has been down for months, and I can't find another script like it.

Any ideas?
