i have ever notice a domain be picked up after 75 days of expiration.

now i found a domain in Pending Delete status.
The Pending Deletes list contains domains that have a status of "pending delete" and are scheduled to become available within five days.

i wonder what is the exact time the domain be deleted and available for register again? 1:00 or 2:00 or other random time?

Expiration Date: 01-01-2006.

and the owner takes no action on renewal of the domain
when the domain will be releasted for public?
