Can some one help me on setting up additional nameserver on Linux.

NS.domain.com and ns2.domain.com is already setup with domain domain defined in resolv.conf alongwith the nameserver entries (3 in number)

I would like to have

ns.domain1.com an ns2.domain1.com setup in addition

What all needs to be done.? (besides of course registering the ns with the registrarand editing the zone files)
