anyone know why oulook express 5 redials my connection even when i'm online? it does it when i click send/rec all new mail, and when i open outlook express whilst connected to the web... this problem has only just started, before that it was fine.

the onlt thing that has changed is my modem, but the dialup is working fine...HELP!!

Go into Tools, Connection, and poke around. It's been a long time since I set up anything for a modem, but your connection profile probably needs to be updated..
