I figured everyone might want to take a peek at this monitor - you're looking at three 15" or 17" LCD panels integrated into one unit. There's only a half inch of space between them, making it almost seamless - 3072x768 resolution!

Does it not totally screw up websites?

 
Well, the ones that automatically maximize themselves, it tends to center content on the middle panel, but that's still better than centering content between two monitors.

Background tend to tile.

It's going to be at least $3000 USD. They have similar ones at http://www.massmultiples.com, but they aren't joined like those ones are.
