Quickbooks help
I have never used quickbooks nor do I have it on my computer. A client of ours has sent us a quickbooks .qbb file which I have found out is a backup file. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to convert quickbooks files to excel or Dbase or something that I could actually use? If not, does anyone know of a way for a company that does own quickbooks to convert a quickbooks file themselves to something that is more common and usable for those who don't have quickbooks? Thanks for your time.

If you can open QuickBooks then you can export all the lists (ie Customer, Vendors, etc.) via the File / Export function (commands vary per QB version) or create a list report and send it to excel.

If you don't have QB then you can't open the file. You would need someone with QB. We can do this.
