Quickbooks Not Responding
Hello...I was wondering if anyone might know how to fix QB2004 when it constantly doesn't respond. The menu bar comes up but when I click on the icon it just says "Not Responding".
We feel like its a tainted file or something similar. Any suggestions, would be great. Smile

Do you have a backup of your Quickbooks file? If so, try restoring the backup file.

If not, try un-installing the program, and then re-install it.

Thank you for your suggestion. We made the back up, uninstalled and reinstalled, but it seems as though and once we add the back up info it starts having that problem again. So we are thinking its something that is on one of those files in QB.
