i am using quickbooks nonprofit 2004 and having big trouble with the items. I want to use purchase orders but i believe to do so i also have to use items when filling out a purchase order. I do not want to use inventory... and purchases i make like paper and pens require that i put in an item and account for them. This would create a million items for everythin i purchase..
