Threatening nuclear disasters is almost Osama or Saddam like.

North Korea is like the crazy old man down the street who waves a shotgun out of his window.

Reading the North Korean rhetoric can be pretty sobering. But you've got to realize they've been saying crazy stuff like that for 50 years. The US holds regular joint military exercises with the South Koreans and the stuff that comes out of the North during those weeks is really entertaining.

Have you seen any pictures or video of Kim Jong Il? He has a complex about being short and always wears lifts in his shoes. He also wears a 'fat Elvis' type jump suit and a pompadour to make him look a little taller. So instead of the crazy old man, we have the crazy short guy waving his nuclear reactor around...which isn't so funny.

Mmm I think they are to be feared more than Osama and Saddam though. They have the technology and desire to do some damage.

North Korea agitates to get food and foreign aid concessions...and hasn't started a war in 50 years.

Saddam has gone to war with two different neighboring states in the last 20 years.

Al Qaeda is currently at war.
