I'm undecided on this. It doesn't seem like al-Qaida's style. They normally take months or years to organize an attack and they take great care when planning it. To illegally park up one of the cars and have it towed away was a major oversight.

Hi,

Yeah, it does seem odd. However, it could have been a couple of things:

They bottled out at the last minute
The car broke down :P
It started going off where it wasn't meant to (apparently it started smoking, or someone saw smoke)

Anyway, to be honest - I doubt we will even know, unless the guy who was seen running away from it is caught, and spills what he knows (as if thats gonna happen :()
