i still have not all needed regex, so i hope you find my answers :-)

1. Only numbers "1-0" and "-" and "/" only one word. =>1/-1212/-1
2. The same but with "spaces" (more than one words) => 1/-23 23-/12

3. "Unsigned" in SQL means only numbers, what is to do for only numbers and spaces

4. What means "unsigned zerofill?"and "binary" ?
