Just trying to understand the back-up process.It seems to this new user that L2 auto backs up on the first build once in a 24 hour period. If this is correct can I assume that in the event of some type of "crash" all new links validated after the auto back up within the 24 hours and before the next auto back up are then lost? If this is true and one is concerned about a more timely back up then a more frequent back up could be accomplished by backing up the links.db itself...yes? I ask because for no apparent reason during early use of the program I encountered some errors during the build process that seemed to "lose" some of my links. It seeemed the "lost" links were only the newer ones.( since the last back up ) Although the problem occurred twice it remained unsolved and yet has never returned, I began to do back ups from links.db file. I just want to know if my thoughts in this area are accurate. Thanks in advance!
