Excuse me if I have posted this problem before...

I am getting some editorial staff together and their main job will be to validate the links that arrive in... Changing the description, rating them... etc. I would like them to do this through the browser using a username/password and also once validated not gone to the live site, but for the administrator to check before.

Is this possible? How do I do this? Thanks,
