Thanks for showing me the exact FAQ...You do not need to change the rate_top.html file. Use the same tags that came with the original file.

The only thing that the codes that you are using now do is to stop the Ratings field from incrementing with outside votes. Only the Admin can set the value of that field in the LINKS MANAGER.

Do you understand?
