THIS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED BEFORE IN THE MODIFICATION FORUM AND THIS FORUM...PLEASE use the forum's search option!
1) If you want to create static detailed pages, which are built every time you build your index, then set the build_detailed variable in the links.cfg file. Then you add the tags that you want in the detailed.html file.
2) Yes...You can add another field called isDetailed, and then only print links to the detailed pages that have details. For instructions on doing this...search the forums for isDetailed.
BTW: To save disk space on your server, you might want to use Widgetz's detail.cgi, which is found at:
www.widgetz.com/detail.txt
