I have the virtualave.net banner on the top of every page except one: admin_html.pl (actually admin.cgi) which you know is a frame. For non-frames we use <!--VirtualAvenueBanner--> and for frames, I'm told to use <FRAME SRC="va_banner.html" NAME="va_frame">, but I'm not sure where to put it. I've tried various locations, with various results, but none of them right! So can someone help me out?

Also on another note: I cannot edit my site with Netscape 4.61 because the admin.cgi says I have to have a frames capable browser, which I have, but it won't work, so I use IE5.
