You need to change the permissions of the file to the following: (You can change permissions on NT! ).

DOMAIN\IUSR_MACHINE = RW
DOMAIN\IWAM_MACHINE = RWX
SYSTEM = Full Control

RW = Read, Write
RWX = Read, Write, Execute

You can do this via FTP (QFTP or AceFTP) or use your NT Explorer to change the permissions.

Also, Bobsie has a good suggestion...post your SMTP configurations in the script, not the error message.
