I got about 230 new links submitted last night. So I'm just trucking along validating them just happy as can be then it happened. For some reason the link ID reset itself to 3. I "built" the site, then hit validate again. Once again the first ID to come up was 3. So I downloaded my /data directory and started investigating. The linkid.txt was set to 192, which shoulda been somewhere around 300. So I looked at my last link id in the links.db and it was 302, so I changed my linkid.txt to 303 and reloaded it. No effect, when I attempted to start validating sites again, I got a 3 for the next link ID again. Help!!! The site has had no coding changes for weeks, just sites being submitted and validated. Something went drastically wrong somewhere and I can't find it. HELP!!
