Hi!

I'm new to Links2, but since I could not find any manuals to it (just this forum and some FAQs) I thought I'd ask you guys about this:

-How do I prevent someone to add links to a Category but to a SubCategory?
-How do I get new additions automatically added (subscribed) to the mailing list?

For now these two, but more to come soon!
