I just finished installing Links, but when I try to access a cgi file, i get this message, but I'm sure I've set all the permissions and paths correctly.

Error including libraries: (Maybe you didn't strip carriage returns after a network transfer?) Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.

Can somebody please help me?
