Inputing Links & Categories are fine. I can view existing links and categories. However, get the following errors on Build All:

c:/Perl/lib .) at Can't locate vars.pm in @INC (@INC contains: c:/Perl/lib .) at C:\InetPub\wwwroot\cgi-bin\Links\admin\nph-build.cgi line 36. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\InetPub\wwwroot\cgi-bin\Links\admin\nph-build.cgi line 36.

Also, on Building and Verifying Link, the screen stays blank.
