1. Check the first line of each of the user accessible scripts to make sure they are pointing to the correct path to perl.
2. In your links.cfg:

$db_mail_path = '/var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject -t'; $db_mail_path = '/var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject -t';
You have $db_mail_path defined twice!
3. With all due respect to darian, the "\" is not needed in your admin email address.
