In links 2.0 it was possible in the admin area to do searches using operators such as greater that >, less than <, etc.

I don't believe this is possible in LinksSQL, unless the syntax has changed somewhat.

The reason I ask if there is a way to do it is I may want to modify links in a range, eg. 2000-2100, or email link owners within a range. Is there a way to do this without having to individually go into every single link individually?

Any help, advice would be greatly appreciated.
