After building several times and adding many new links today, at least a hundred, I got this error while trying the last build.

There is no index3.html in this folder to changes the files attributes on! The only file there is index.html & more.html etc.

Software error:
unable to open category page: /usr/u1/dave/paseek/pages/PA_Information/index3.html. Reason: Permission denied at /usr/u1/dave/paseek/cgi-bin/search/admin/nph-build.cgi line 512.

Any clue whats going on?
