It looks like that has been changed. In earlier versions there was a constant set at the top of the file.

Alex has probably integrated it more fully, since I don't see any of that in the current files, and only one reference in the utils.

If your system seems to work, it seems that that message should be removed now, and the Links.pm file is the only place it needs to be changed.
