Any idea why this might be happening?

When I try to install GLinks on my new site, I am getting 403 error after the first step, i.e. once I input all the 'paths' value on first page (install.cgi) and then when I click on 'Next' button.

Here is the exact error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help..
