It really depends on the features you want. I've done a few apps for GLinks (for iOS and Android), and it can vary from a basic category/search/detailed page, up to use logins, ratings, reviews. You could certainly go for a 3rd party writer - but be aware they may not be able to "plug" into the GLinks database properly (depending on what you want to do)
