You need to give us a REAL example... for example:

Category: "Foo Bar"
Header for Categories: Categories
Header for Links: Listings

Category: "Foo Bar/Sub Cat"
Header for Categories: Categories
Header for Links: Listings

Category: "Foo Bar/Sub Cat/Something"
Header for Categories: Languages
Header for Links: Links

..etc
