Import from two Links2 websites to one LinksSQL

Import from two Links2 websites to one LinksSQL

I imported data from Links2 to LinksSQL and everything looked fine.
I want now to APPEND more data from another Links2 website (add) to the existing data in LinksSQL without effecting the DB structure and data in LinksSQL. (both Links2 websites are the same layout and same thing.. just data is different).
Can this be done without overwriting the existing data in LinksSQL.
