I tred to run a build all with both staggered and plain build --all from the command line. This seems to be hammering my server with mysql usage going over 100%... (one point hit 150%)

I'm assuming its becasue of the qurries being so large. Wanted to see what others might have done to get this to work?

The server is dedicated: dual zeon: 4gigs ram,
mysql version: 5.0.22

I think i need to adjust the mysql config file to bring down the usage but not sure what we need to modify. I do have a lot of ram and wouldn't mind giving some of it to mysql....

Any ideas would be great that you.
