I have recently installed Links 2.0 but encountered the problem that I cannot use German characters (Umlaut); the German characters are depicted as รค.
I know that this topic has been discussed many times before but unfortunately the website www.nicky.net (where a German "nonenglish" mod" is supposed to be) doesn't exist any more (well, the site still exists but I can't find the mod).
Can anyone help?
