Hello
We are looking for a plug in that will allow the ADMIN only to post small pieces of news about the site..

The admin will need a form (preferred through the admin area) to enter the new which can be text or html.
The users will access the what is new page and see the titles and click on the title to read the details.

We also would like for the admin to be able to ssi the newest X number of news to the home page.

Does anyone have such a plug in? or can anyone develop for a reasonable price.
