Mmm ok. Well you need to do it in:

/cgi
/cgi/admin
/cgi/admin/Links/Config/ (Data.pm)
/cgi/admin/defs

Also, you need to edit the path in your .htaccess file, as that will also be using the old path.

...it should work then =)
