Hi qix,
I'm using links to detailed pages in my newsletter template with a small workaround
Just use this form of the url is working fine for me
http://www.domain.com/...ed/<%ID%>.html

but I used the "build_detail_format" and then I need to get the full tag also in the newsletter template like:
http://www.domain.com/...t2/testlink_123.html
