Don't know is this bug or it suppose to work like that.
When I'm sending mail to All users mail also are sent to users who are still waiting for validation (using GComm -> users didn't validate their email address). I don't want to do that. Can this be fixed somehow?

Also, can I ban some domains in email address? I.e. I want to forbid signup users with free email accounts like gmail.com, yahoo.com etc.
