How to make .defs for foreign tables?

How to make .defs for foreign tables?
If i need only one or two additional tables i modify db_nav.html and copy an existing .def to new.nef.
But for now i want to use the backup-function for really a lot of tables, so this way dont be practicable.

Has anyone an idea how to create the defs for an huge amount of tables?
