I had to create a page about how I am not spamming you..

Contact plug-ins are getting hit hard now and it's between 400-600 spams every hour.

Here is my resolve for those using forms

Any other suggestions?

{Perhaps there should be another category to address this issue as its large and costly. My servers are working over time on junk mail}
