unique hits on jump.cgi

Hi,
is it possible to have a unique hits count, when someone clicks on /jump.cgi?ID=XX
At the moment every click is counted. So one user can click it over and over to cheat the number of hits.
I have installed the extra stats plugin, too. This plugin has a unique hits count for the next 24 hours included, but I want to use the glinks integrated hits count, too.
Would be nice to have a 24 hours unique hits count in glinks!
