The version is up-to-date Version: 3.2.0

He is using many plugins but none that would affect adding a link, to be safe I unloaded any that might interfere.

Using the Browser Firefox:
I am able to click add link then fill out the form and the addition is complete.

Using the Browser IE:
I am able to click add link and fill out the form but when you click the add button it takes you back to the form page and does not add the link.

I can not post the site here as its an adult site, but I can PM if you need to see it not working in IE.
