Been a long while since i used my script. trying to resetup on a site and have a few questions.

#1. How (I have already tried a few with no luck) do I make it so my dynamic pages appear as static in the url bar to search engines and viewers?
I have the script setup in /cgi-bin/classifieds/

#2. What is the best way to use Links as a portal? Just build into the main template page to add what I want?
