I've been messing around for hours trying to get a PayPal IPN test though using the http://developer.paypal.com sandbox feature.
Signed up and made several fake sandbox accounts. One a business account, with the Instant Payment Notification setup with my postback URL. Other account setup as a personal account.
PayPal Modify Settings:
PayPal Business E-mail: *Fake Sandbox Business email adderss
PayPal Recipient E-Mail: same
Use Sandbox: Yes
After a submission I keep getting to the payment page, but can never login to submit a payment with any sandbox account or other.
What am I doing wrong or is the Sandbox test feature no longer working with Links???
HELP... how do this sandbox IPN postback test feature work???
