I would contact the people who host your site and find out what they say.
But first I would try a fresh copy of nph-build.cgi

Before I changes my Provider, i had the problem.
My Friend has an other Provider, and 4000 links and the same problem.

I get a fresh copy from the nph_build.cgi, changes it, and he builds absolut the same Subpages.


I think it's a time-problem. I testet it with 1000 links, no problem.
I send E-Mails to all User. After 3000, he send me timeout error.
