Is this on any of upcmoing versions? AR enabled on per folder basis?

Additionally, has the issue of preventing login to single account from two locations been implemented in V3.X (as soon as there is a login from loction 2, location 1 should be logged out)? This was one of the pre-sales query 3 years back before we took gossamer mail but nothing really happened on that apparently.
