Sorry, your question sounded like a generic one, not a Gossamer Mail one. If it's setup for Gossamer Mail, and you have configured to use the catchall account in Gossamer Mail, then when you run incoming.pl, it should delete the mail from the account once it's processed it. Unless you aren't running incoming.pl, the mail will just accumulate in the catchall account.
